Bad Service and and Poor Furniture Material

Poor service at Alex Mall. I bought a set of table, told it will be delivered within 3 days. I requested to be called at least an hour before the delivery so that I can get home from work to receive the delivery myself as there is no one in my house during the day. The driver called me when he was already on his way and there is no way I could get home on time, instead they delivered in my neighbors house. The table set was in boxes, of which the main one was open and when we want to assembly it had a huge crack, that its almost into 2 halves, which also implies that its bad quality that breaks before assembly or its factory fault. I went to Alex Mall store, the store manager was rude didnt want to listen to anything. After a long argument thats when she said she will attend to it. its been 3 days since. What a waste of my money.
