Bad service

My partner and I bought a washing Machine at Fairprice Wynberg a week ago(Tuesday), we were told te machine will be delivered Saturday latest. I kept on calling the store and they kept on telling me that it's waiting for the driver till now, I haven't received it. I called today and the lady said she'll transfer me to the sales person that assisted us which was ****i, I could hear from te background that she doesn't want to talk to me so they put the phone down. I am so disappointed, such a bad service.
