Bad service

I am utterly disappointed by the service of this store over and over again .We made a lay buy of a kitchen cupboard last year at the local store only for us to be told that it’s out of stock when going to pay it off , no communication from them whatsoever , we were then told to change the item and go for one in stock , we did and payed it cash and told that it will be delivered within 7 days , we then waited for more than 2 weeks and went to the store , again to be told that the warehouse doesn’t have the product ready , without no communication .we cancelled and got our refund .This time around we opted for an online purchase .The advert clearly says free assembly ok the cupboard was delivered today and to our surprise it’s just stacks of wood delivered .Only to find out now that you have to book for that assembly , why is this clause not communicated prior , this is false advertising .Now after all this up and down we have to wait yet again for something we were not informed about . This service is ridiculous honestly
