Bad service

I was attended by Mahlatsi from Fair price dobsoville he was so rude yet claimed he was the store manager I was complaining about the TV remote he told me the remote was not garanteed when I asked him to show me where it was written on the warranty document he said should go read the TV manual and he's not working for Toshiba....he was even pointing a finger @ me.
