BAD SERVICE

I have purchased fridge and mattress at Fair Price Atlyn shopping complex in Atteridgeville on the 17th January 2023 cash. Delivery was expected to be within 4 days but i only got my things on the 24 Jan after making numerous phone calls and follow ups with them. The fridge now it has a bump on the water dispenser. I have informed the shop and they say they are going to send a technician to fix it. I told them i want a new one . Otherwise they must just give me my money back I will buy fridge somewhere. What a really bad service. Problem if not resolved I'm taking steps against the shop.
