Bad service

I bought bedroom suite on the 15.06.2020 at fair price phola mall and I was told it will be delivered within 7 days, and until today I haven't received anything... I called in today and I was told they are out of stock but no one told me that when I was buying.. I paid cash.... their service is not on par,, they need to inform clients and communicate with them regularly..... they should've told me that the bedroom suite is out of stock so i can go look elsewhere... i am not happy
