BAD SERVICE

I bought a chest of drawer at Fair Price in Vosloorus and was delivered on the 30th October, the keys were not delivered by the factory people, we went to the branch and was told that they will call the factory guys to bring it, till today I still haven't received my keys to the c\drawer, whenever i phone the manager he says he will call me but doesn't and he promised to bring another key yesterday, he still hasn't come, im so frustrated because i bought something but can't use it.
