I went to your store in Soshanguve Thorntree and a purchased an 8kg Defy washing machine, to say that the service was below par would be an understatement..

To add on to the above statement,your store doesn't have a delivery service, instead they use their "friends" who deliver and charge abnormal fees.

The sales consultant even told us the other driver who was busy loading someone else's items usually damage the client's items but they were still allowing that person to do the delivery.

Now I have purchased a washing machine, that I am told I need to fetch from Brits to my house.

I paid the full amount but I still have to carry the costs of fetching the item and bringing it home.

How do you charge R600.00 delivery fee from Soshanguve Thorntree to The Orchards in addition to the purchase and what guarantee is there that my machine will get here in 1 piece

When the same store in Pretoria CBD quoted me delivery gee of R380.

I had to call to get assistance and spoke to Mohammed who advised that the regional manager will assist.

Paballo who said that they are aware of this *****ulent activities taking place. He advised that I was supposed to pay R300.00 which I was prepared to pay but until today I don't have the washing machine that I paid for. He promised to revert back to me today but He also disappeared. With this kind of service I am not even sure if I still want the machine or a refund and I can move.
