Bad service

I bought bed Queen size at fair price mams mall so the bad is not in good condition an I bought that bed cash I went to the store and report but they didn't even bother to help , they told me to call their head office I did I even send them an email even today the is no response so I guess they don't take me serious because I bought the bed cash
