Bad service

Their customer is totally unacceptable and we have never ever experience such bad customer service.

No one is calling or replying to our emails just to keep us abreast on what’s happening or by when we should expect our delivery.

We have been so patient , coming going to the store every second weekend and promised that we going to receive our delivery.

We have left our numbers with Ali and another manager “lady” several times and been promised to be contacted and that has not happened even once and what makes it worse it’s that even when we call we don’t get an answer as the line rings without being answered.
