Bad service

I bought a washing machine @fair price pocthefstroom on the 25 of November they said that they will deliver the machine on Wednesday till today I still haven’t the machine I called in today telling them I want refund they’re telling me that they’ll refund me after 7days whilst I asked if none of that doesn’t happen will I get my and the sales guy said yes he did not even explain anything about the 7days refund
