Bad service

I bought a fridge at fair price Dobsonville and when they to my home i was informed to pay delivery, where i was not told the driver will want cash for delivery. At first i paid the delivery amount for the original purchase i did and for the exchange purchase nothing was communicated to me. They didn't have the audacity to even apologies for the inconvenience and just told me to come and get a cash refund for the work they didnt do.
