Bad service

My name is Vusi Zwane. On the 14/12/2023 I bought items to value of R4900 at Fairprice Phola mall kwamhlanga.and i paid R300 for delivery. I never rushed fairprice for delivery but on the 15/12/2023 I received a call from ‪***‬ from a person claiming to be a delivery person telling me that they are coming to deliver my items on the 15/12/2023. I then canceled all my plans and waited for them. They never showed up or even call to let me know they are no longer coming. I find that behavior pure evil and disrespectful because l had plans and Canceled them waiting for people who saw it fit to make me a fool. I sent an email request a explanation all l received was a call from a very rude person from *** never even mentioned his name
