Bad service

I had a bad service at fair price brits i was given unprofessional attitude by the manager which he said his name is Paballo after i asjed him because he was not having a name badge on him,,he does'nt know how to treat customers and to lead by example,,i went there to get my refund because i have been waiting for an item fir a while without them giving me an update if they got a stock or not,,manager was rude with attitude as if i came to ask refund from his personal account fair price has lost a customer i cant stand to be treated lyk a trash..im expecting an apology from him for his behaviour i was not impressed at all expecialy from the manager
