Bad service

The service that I got from Fair price Cosmo mall,it was a bad service.I did a laybuy and then I saw the same thing at OK at a lesser price then I cancelled my laybuy at Fair price but they couldn't give me my money back ,they told me to wait for some days so that I can get my money. They even said I'm on the waiting list for people who want their money . I tried to call the head office but they are not willing to help ,they are telling me to wait and they don't know for how long . I have been waiting for my money and it's been days now,the service from Fair price it's not good. They lake customer service. The manager from the store she told me that I have to wait and I shouldnt think that I'm a special customer.Please be aware on such companies,they take your money after that they don't wanna bring it back .I have learnt my lesson not to go there anymore
