BAD SERVICE

i bought a washing machine at Fair Price last year May, it worked only three months and it start leaking, i called their call Center number they promise to help but nothing, i kept on calling them but no help, sometimes i will go straight to the shop and they will promise to send someone ,8 months passed only last week they send someone who just check and promise to call me the following day and never call until today , i feel very bad because i have to take my washing to the laundry since then while a have a toy machine at home
