Bad Service

I am writing this in connection to the service I received from fair price in Bambanani Mall. I went there to purchase a table of R799. When the consultant swiped my card, she said it was declined at first and had to swipe it twice. After she swiped it the second time, it got approved but however I got double debited. I showed the agent at the till that my account has been double debited but she said that it will reverse back to my card. I then asked for the manager to come and sort out the mess but he was of no use. He kept on telling me that the money will be refunded back to my card. His service as manager was also not to my satisfaction, he smelt of alcohol when I was talking to him and was very rude toward my wife and I. At the end we ended up leaving the store frustrated and taking their word that the money will be refunded. I called standard bank to find out if the transaction went through or if the money will be reversed back to the card, they stated that it was double debited from my account and that the store needs to give me a refund back. I am appalled at the type of agents and management you have working for your store and the level of service that they give the clients. I want my money refunded as it has been taken twice from my account or else I will take it further up.
