Bad service

I bought a couch at fair price at protea midway i stay at the flats they delivered but didn’t want to take them up to my flat and I told them to take dem back but they refused my nanny is pregnant she had to take them up and yet I called the shop and told them not to realese them if they won’t take them up and Themba agreed But still they bring them and not take them up
