Bad service

Bad service i bought a tv stand it was delivered in a box unassembled. The store informed me that once it is delivered they will come and assemble it within 7days. However it has been 14 days and they haven't come to assemble the Tv stand i have called them several times they keep talking me that they are busy they will come and at times they dont even answer my calls
