Bad service

I bought an item on the 19th before their cut off time, they had me choosw a delivery date which I did, I selected 21/09/2023.

I made arrangements for someone to receive the delivery on my behalf because I had to go to work, the person had to wait the whole day, the sad part is I had to call them and ask if they're still coming only for them to tell me they can't make it.

The driver then said he wil make a plam and will call me back, he never did, I had to call again only for him to tell me thatbhis Supervisor Mongezi in Pretoria west said NO to any arrangements.

The customer service agent said he will get back to me which he did not.

My thing is why would they have me pick a delivery date, confirm everything and still not deliver or communicate. I was inconvenienced and wouldn't have bought the item if they had stated thatvthey won't deliver.
