Bad Service

I bought a coffee table from your store and had a problem. The double-sided tape on the table was loose. This caused the ceramic top to slide off, fall, and break. It also led to an injury to my leg while I was cleaning. I've only had the table since April 13th, which is just over a month. There may have been a problem with the workmanship, especially with the double-sided tape. It should have been strong enough because the table is ceramic and heavy. I tried to contact online support, but the agents were not helpful, and I still haven't received any assistance.
