Bad service

<p>Bought a corner couch month end November and the couch was delivered on the 3rd of December, firstly when the couch was delivered the delivery guys didn't want to take the couch into the flat telling me that its not their job they just deliver but where is my apartment at the parking lot? Fine we forced them to take the couch into the flat. When they got to the flat they refused to install the legs of the couch, how am I suppose to put the legs I mean I am a woman nor have the tools to insert the legs. When I bought the couch they had legs now why are they sending couches without legs? Fine I called in and asked them to come and insert the legs guess what. I am still waiting when I call they say they will call me when they have a delivery at the flats which is ridiculous, so what do they mean? I must I stay indoors the whole day everyday for in case they have a delivery? Secondly I have couches which I cannot use so what's the point of me buying those couches in the first place if I can't use them. I am so angry its not even funny</p>
