Bad service

I bought a fridge at fair price Dobsonville branch. The guy said he has lot of stock at the back and when I got to the store to collect the fridge he told me about thier warehouse, where I have to collect my fridge then I asked for refund, they gave me my money and the lady who was doing refund was so rude.
