Bad rude service frm Paulina

I bought 3 bar stools in November 2022 and I was told that I will receive them in 2 weeks time on the 3rd week I went to the shop got stories from one of their rude saleslady by the name of Paulina.Every month I would go and check upon arrival of the chairs no luck till I asked for my money back in February and they have been given all sorts of excuses include Paulina they refuse to give me my money back yet they don't have my chairs.
