Bad Quality from fair price and defy.

My mother bought a mini oven defy from fair price at Kagiso chamdor on February. The oven was malfunctioning including the plates. She took the stove back to the store on August and they told her they will take the stove to the supplier so that it could be assessed and fixed. On September she went to the store to fetch the stove and it was still malfunctioning. She took it back to the store and has been there for assessment and all she needs is her refund to buy a new one.
