Bad Quality

So I laybyed a couch at Fair Price,so it was delivered a week ago,then after a another week having it the couch started to loose shape ,then I went back to tell them and show the lady pictures of what is wrong with it,she then said she'll do the paper work and send it to the head office and let them know to come fetch it,but to this day am still waiting. The couch needs to be replaced to fixed l.
