Bad management

Poor management I bought a Tv stand and when i got home there were missing parts when we went to claim the missing parts the manager told us that is impossible how ever she can not give us the missing materials.she also stated that is not the shop faults but there warehouse after two hours of waiting we were helped by a friendly work named siviwe his the one that was calling the warehouse while the manger was rude and did not even show any empathy we had to pay dauble transport to get a display chuma mall Diepsloot i am very disappointed by the management
