Bad i mean very bad customer service

I bought a TV unit MH8066 WENG cash from Fair price in Protea glen on the 25 Nov 2018. It was on special as it was a black Friday special. I paid full price and didn't have transport for it. I asked Thembelihle Madinane if I can keep it there until I find transport to fetch it and she said no problem its fine I just need to come with the slip when I fetch it. On the 2nd of Dec I found transport and decide to go fetch it, I get there and hand the slip to her for collection and she tells me that TV unit is sold out. The last one was sold the morning of the 2nd Dec. So I asked but I paid cash for it so I don't understand, with an attitude she tells me that she did mark the box that its mine and its been paid cash but then she gave it away. The attitude the lady gave me I did not like it. No apologies for it or anything and now I have to buy a tv stand with price I cannot afford. She really ruined ma Christmas spirit as I wanted my place to look beautiful this festive season. I want something done about this, we cannot be having sales people treating us like trash as if we doing them a favor instead I see it as us customers doing them a favor. I asked for a refund and she said my id is needed, but when I bought it no Id was required. Have to go back again another petrol expense to fetch my id so I can get refund. she took my slip and put it by the counter and left me there with no apology or directing me to go to the counter for refund. I was treated badly by the shop and this lady. The 1 rating is not enough they deserve a 0 rating. I am a very ****ed customer.
