I Ben Gaainewe bought two wardrobe in Fair Price at Randfontein cash with the amount of R 2659.98, The problem is one of those wardrobe is not in a good condition, I went to the shop to tell them the situation about the item, the told that nothing they can do because my wife sign for this, She didn't recognize that something is wrong until and check the item is where by i notice the problem. The sale person was not rude at all he even try to call the driver and the driver by the name of lerato was so rude when we call him and tell him about the satiation. Aand i spoke to the manager at least to resolve this matter about taking the faulty one and replace with the one in shop the display one as is still in good condition she told me no. so please i need your help.
