BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIR PRICE WESTONARIA!!!

I have been trying to get hold of Fair Price Westonaria for the past 3 hours and there is just no answer.

My older sister purchased a fridge over 10 days ago and it still has not been delivered, no communication, no update for a fridge that was paid fully in cash.
