Bad customer service

In March I bought a two plate and oven stove as Fair Price Kaalfonten Tembisa , After three months the Oven lid broke and I couldn't close the oven , I took the stove back to the store as the stove has a one year warranty but a very rude female manager told me " they only fix the stove if the cooking plates are broken and not the lids " but what is that supposed to mean as the stove has a warranty and I was told to bring the stove if it breaks , so please assist me as I know cant bake as the oven lid doesn't close
