Bad customer service

Bad customer service... I laybyed a couch when I have to get it there's no stock at the warehouse but the couch is there on display but I have to wait til further notice to get the product as they do not know when they will have stock at the warehouse... On the other side they they are refusing to refund me my money... I am highly disappointed... Can someone please help me out
