Bad customer service, bad products

Terrible customer service. I bought cheat of drawer on black Friday and the rack, the drawers keeps on falling and not closing properly. Reached out to them and I was told that there's nothing they can do to assist me. I want my money back and come take your stupid furniture. I paid for chest of drawer that is functional not the one that the drawers keeps falling
