Bad Customer Service at Fairprice

Customer service pathetic and bought a kitchen cudboard and a pedestal and I was told it will be delivered on Wednesday but it wasn’t and I had to call them on the 4th day and ask and my sales person didn’t bother to call me and alert of the the delays . When I call she already forgotten about my purchase and she couldn’t remember but I let It slide my the items cam on Friday 3 pm in the afternoon. Now I had to assemble the pedestal as it’s DIY and to my surprise I had missing *****s and I called in today about that she told me to take a video and send her and I did. Her response was the assembler says it’s wrong when he saw the pedestal. While I’m talking her on the done she told I must pay the assembler extra money to come and do it for where as I only had assembled it myself and she dropped to phone while I talking to her and I tried calling back and she didn’t answer my call and now I had to reach out to their Head Office and no response even now . I want them to collect their furniture and return the money . Refiloe started accusing me of if I have opened the box they won’t take it back and I only needed the correct *****s nothing else but her service it’s pathetic
