Bad customer service at fair price jabulani

I've got the worst customer service at fair price jabulani mall. On Monday 29th of January 2024 I purchased a wardrobe and a bed Cash. They told me they don't do same day deliveries so they'll deliver Friday. Friday has passed and I called them on Saturday (today) and they lady who works at the till told me their system is offline she'll call me back and she never did.
