BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT FAIR PRICE ALBERTON

Last month I did a lay bye at Alberton and payed R2300, recently I was told my cousin passed on so I have to go to North West, when I went to the store to cancel the lay bye the cashier lady to me to come back after 7 days, which is when I did the lay bye they never told me about the terms and conditions but all of a sudden she had an attitude when rendering her service, I called about 5 different fair price stores even the head office and they no nothing about what she told me, when I call the Alberton store and ask for a manager to my surprise everybody is the manager, so why is it only Alberton have to take 7 days to refund me then other Fair price stores do it the same day, I want my money before that Saturday which is the 12 October 2019
