Bad customer service and unprofessional sales consultant

I Florence, bought a double bed in fair price lebowakgomo (mall @Lebo)on 1 December 2019 where I was told that their delivery normally takes 48 hrs,. On the 14 December I went there to tell them that I want my money back since they do not want to deliver the bed n I was told stories. Till today fair price mall @lebo hasn't refunded me my money. N no one is even bothering to call me an tell me what is happening. The consultant even told me to go n see what I can do with the situation.
