Bad customer service and bad quality products.

I bought a bed for almost R4000 online and the mattress was torn and then I requested an exchange. Fair Price took 3 weeks to fetch the torn mattress. Now it's a month since I have been waiting to get the mattress . When I call they keep saying the driver will come but he doesn't. I'm not happy and I want all my money back and they can keep their product.
