Bad customer service and bad appliances

Bad service from this furniture shop. I bought a 2 plate oven stove last year on November and by April it was giving problems and started not working properly. Then I took it back for service on May 26th up until now I haven't received any response or any reasons as to what's the hold up. And when I called the shop I bought from the guy wasn't even helpful and told me to come check at the store as if he didn't even care. Orange Farm Eyethu Mall Fair price knows nothing about customer service. They don't even assist customers. I only want a refund now coz it's been 2 months without my stove and no one cares to explain why.
