Bad Customer Service

I am a customer at Fair Price. On the 30th of December 2022 I bought a Wardrobe and I was told it will be delivered within 7 days. Exactly 7 days later I got a wrong product delivered and I told them to take it back and bring the right one. Last week a person from their Louis Trichardt Warehouse gave me a call to schedule for a delivery on that day. We arranged and when I call later to find out about their whereabouts, Then they tell me that they are not done assembling my wardrobe. Till now, I don’t know what’s happening with my order. It is so inconveniencing
