bad customer service

I went to buy an wardrobe and the driver came to my home drunk . He said he wanted to go into my bedroom and i said no without explaining that he must assemble it to a wall . He swore at me and left . When i reported his behaviour the store did nothing at southgate mall . Dont ever buy at fairprice their customer service is horrible
