Bad customer service

http://www.fairprice.co.za/ write to you with a very angry tone am highly disappointed in your service at fair price in Alex Mall, I made a purchase of close to R6000.00 on the 31st of August and after a week I received my goods now one of them needs to be assembled.

The assembling guy was supposed to come Saturday of which he didn't no calls nothing I had to follow up (and the guy who helped me said I was about to call you) A LIE Sunday again same thing, Monday same thing now yesterday I decided to call again and same thing again (I was about to call you) Ohk I then had to make arrangements with the assembling guy, He had the ordesity to tell me he doesn't have money to come to me so I offered to take him back home.

BUT he didn't come no phone call nothing again so I called him and he said (Didn't the fair price guy call you to tell you that am not coming).

So I want my money back I've had enough of you FAIR PRICE.
