Bad Customer Service

I bought a blanket box and 2 ottomans at Silverton Fair Price only to realize at a later stage that they only delivered one ottoman instead of two. I waited a good 2 weeks for communication and obviously nothing, I then decided on my own to make follow up the follow up made me reach 2 different managers in one store which still they were not off assistance, later I reached a guy called Katlego and guess what it's a month gone and still nothing. The landline from their Head Office is not answered and I'm still hanging
