Bad customer service

I bought a coffee table and a storage online on 25/11/2022 after a week I called and I was assisted by a lady unfortunately I didn't take down and she promised to send me an email till this day no communication what so ever been trying to call the whole week but no answer I'm so disappointed with their online system.
