Bad customer service

I bought a kitchen unit on the 21 July 2025 at clicks mabopane central city . They promised to deliver it on the 25-31 of July 2025 . I waited for 6 weeks with no communication from them . Everytime I call they tell me that they’ll deliver within 2 days & they are “sorry” . They then deliver something I didn’t order & still didn’t communicate all that . I realised that when a guy came to assemble it . I called & they told me that the one I wanted it’s nolonger available. Mind you they didn’t communicate that with me . I nicely asked them to fetch it . They agreed & even promised me they’ll give me the display since it’s the only 1 left at the store . I have been waiting & it’s day 3 . I called today & they **** && said they’ll come today . Joyce Tinyiko Ngobeni was the lady who “helped” ( ****) the whole time . I’m not happy .
