Bad customer service.

The first time I visited fair Price Sam Ntuli Mall and the experience was not really what I expected. The gentleman didn't even bother to greet us he was just lying on the showroom coach and playing on his phone, the only time he spoke to me was when he asked me to leave my groceries trolley at the door.
