Bad customer service

I lay byed a plasma tv stand at chris hanni mall....yesterday I went to fetch it they told me that I must go to sam ntuli mall so that I can pay less amount of money for delivery as it nearer to where I stay. The lady made a call to them before I left the store explaining my story and why I am going to collect the stand from them as it was was not bought from them fro the start. when I got there I was then told a different story that the stand is still in the box and for them to connect it I have to pay an extra R150. I then asked them why would I be coming here if the stand was in the box I would have taken the box and left as it is easy to carry,why would the lady from chris hani tell you about transport???? cause if I wanted the stand inside the box and not connected I would have taken it from the start at chrishani, they then said to me its easy to connect it as it has a manual however they promised to come passed my address as they going to deliver that side. when I got home there was no manual inside and they never came to my house. and I wanted to cancel and return the stand and get my money and they convinced me not to by saying they will come to my home.
