Bad customer service

Pathetic service received from Mmapitse Madisa at Fairprice, Soshanguve-VV ThornTree shopping center. I ordered a couch and study table on the 11 th of March 2021 still no delivery. When enquiring with her I’m told that the store does not have network to check the status of my order. I’ve been at the store since 11am this morning waiting for my refund, now it’s 13: 45 no1 is attending to me. Kante what happened to customer service???
