Bad customer service

I recently bought a wardrobe from Fair price in Protea Glen I received my wardrobe but no is will to come back and assemble it and when I want my refund they don't want to give me coming up with stories.How can such a big company have only one person who assembles these things through out offrom the factory this is just a lie and I'm really mad at these people it's just bad customer service because I'm gonna end up going to open a case about this this is my money and if they can't deliver on what was promise they should just give me my refund. Its just a bad shop and I'm never returning to it ever again
