Bad customer service

Bought a wardrobe from them on the 14 Jan.on the day of the delivery i was notified by the driver that they are not allowed to take up the goods to second floor..but when i purchased the wardrobe from the sales person by the name of camangile gwazilityi never explained process of the delivery for that i had to turn them back because i don't have anyone to help to take it up stairs..i called the store but the same person blamed me and said i did not tell him i stay at the flat but during contract he didnot ask a thing...im so disappointed in the level of service i received..is my first and last time i will ever buy from fair price..management need to intervene because they will lose lot of customers..i cant cancel a contract because i must wait for them to return the goods to the ware house..im defeated as a customers to be treated so bad.
